Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order with clear proof (photos or video). If the defect is confirmed and approved, you will receive store credit or a replacement item.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.


No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit or product replacement is the only option for approved damaged or defective items.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. This includes perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
This does not apply, as all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
