Handcrafted in Kyoto, Japan, in the traditional Kyoto nenju (prayer bead) craft — made by a Kyoto prayer-bead house with over 140 years of history, whose artisans have earned the "Master Craftsman of Kyoto" distinction.
Smaller 7 mm hinoki (Japanese cypress) beads give this bracelet a lighter, more delicate look — the pale, warm-toned wood long valued in Japan, centered on a tiger's eye focal bead with two smaller tiger's eye accents. Strung on a comfortable stretch cord — no clasp.
Bead size: 7 mm hinoki. 27 beads total (24 hinoki + a tiger's eye focal and 2 small accents). Fits a wrist of about 6–7 in (relaxed ~17.3 cm; stretches to fit). Silicone stretch cord, no clasp. Brand new and unworn. Made in Japan.
Juzu are the Japanese Buddhist counterpart to the mala — worn on the wrist as an everyday piece and often given as a meaningful gift. The finer bead size suits smaller wrists and a more understated look.
